A great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join this Main Contractor working across multiple sectors including Residential, Education, Healthcare and Leisure.



About the role of M&E Quantity Surveyor



In this role you will be working with a leading Contractor, working on a multi-million pound residential projects based in the Kent area.



Responsibilities for M&E Quantity Surveyor



Preparing contracts, budgets & bills of quantities.

Liaising with clients & contractors to ensure the budget requirements are met.

Managing cashflow for large MEP packages throughout delivery.

Compiling and issuing commercial reports to the project leadership team for CVR's

Preparing forecasts and reports on financial status and cash flow.

Ensuring that the month on month cash position is positive and the forecasted project margin is met or exceeded.Requirements for M&E Quantity Surveyor



Experience with commercially managing high value M&E projects.

Experience with residential, hospitals, laboratories projects.

Proficient in the use of MS Office, Excel skills being a must.

Experience of M&E Quantity Surveying and financial knowledge of construction costs.

Salary up to £70,000
