Job Title: M&E Project Manager (Site-Based)\nLocation: Birmingham Good Hope Hospital\nContract Type: Temporary (22nd April 2025 – 30th June 2025)\nOverview:\nAn established contractor is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager for a site-based role on a modular extension project at a hospital in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to oversee a key healthcare project, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery.\nProject Overview:\n * Modular extension to an existing hospital facility.\n * Start on-site: 22nd April 2025.\n * Project completion date: 30th June 2025.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * Oversee and manage all M&E aspects of the project on-site.\n * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.\n * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.\n * Monitor project progress and address any on-site challenges.\n * Liaise with the client and key stakeholders to maintain clear communication.\n * Manage schedules, budgets, and quality control throughout the project duration.\nRequirements:\n * Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager, ideally within healthcare or modular construction.\n * Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in a construction environment.\n * Ability to manage site operations effectively, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.\n * Excellent communication and leadership skills.\n * Relevant qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering ( but not essential).\nProcess:\n * Apply for the job.\n * We will then call you to discuss the role.\n * If we think you would be a good fit and you’re happy, we will submit you to be considered for the role.\n * If the client likes the sound of you, they will invite you for an interview.\n * If successful in the interview process, you will be offered the job
