Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager\n\nBromley, London\n\n£350 Umbrella\n\nContract\n\nWe are seeking a skilled Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager with expertise in Mechanical & Electrical systems to join our Property Team. You'll provide technical leadership for both planned and reactive maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations.\n\nThe Role:\n\nLead the scoping and design of mechanical services for maintenance projects.\nOversee contractor performance, ensuring work meets contractual and regulatory standards.\nManage procurement and budgetary aspects of projects.\nEnsure Health & Safety compliance, including CDM regulations.\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project delivery.The Candidate: \n\nRelevant qualification in Mechanical Services Engineering.\nExperience in project and contract management, preferably in public sector building maintenance.\nStrong technical knowledge of M&E systems, procurement processes, and Health & Safety regulations.\nStrong analytical, project management, and communication skills.\nAbility to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage contractors.How to Apply:\n\nIf you are interested in our Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager role please submit your application via the contact details provided, and you will be contacted with further information about this opportunity.
