Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Assembly
- Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and complete systems based on detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments to fit, align, and secure components.

Wiring and Electrical Assembly
- Install and connect wiring harnesses, sensors, and electrical components.
- Test electrical connections to ensure functionality and troubleshoot basic electrical issues as needed.

Hydraulics
- Assemble and connect hydraulic systems, including hoses, pumps, valves, and fittings.
- Test hydraulic components for proper operation, identifying and resolving any leaks or performance issues.

Quality Control
- Inspect parts and assemblies during and after production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and report defects or discrepancies to the Manufacturing Director.

Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, including time, materials, and completed tasks.
- Provide feedback to improve assembly procedures and system designs.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.
- Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiar with mechanical assembly, wiring, or hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and/or instructions.
- Basic understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Experience with assembly in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with 3D models or CAD drawings (training provided).
- Knowledge of safety protocols in mechanical assembly and hydraulic system work.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
- Work with small components and tools requiring dexterity.
- Exposure to a typical manufacturing environment, including noise and machinery.
