
Mechanical Building Estimator - Remote
Tasks Reading mechanical plans and specifications (identifying equipment quantities on plans). Monitoring addenda. Preparing bids according to company standards (equipment selections, equipment cost requests, or software selections from suppliers). Communicating with contractors and suppliers, as needed. At least five years of construction or equipment project estimation experience. Proficiency in MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
