Site Mechanical Commissioning Engineer - CCGT Power Plant - Onsite

Earthsteam are partnered with an international green energy construction business who are looking for an experienced Site Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to join the team.

The successful Mechanical Commissioning Engineer will join a CCGT project in Grudziadz to start and be responsible for various electrical commissioning activities of the project.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Commissioning supervision of mechanical equipment such as gas/steam turbine, HRSG, condensers, water systems, gas systems, and liquid fuel systems.
• Collaborating with internal team members, guidance and coordination of external partners and sub-contractors.
• Ensuring all the activities conducted on site follow the correct process in accordance with project requirements and in strict compliance with all EHS requirements.
• Preparing commissioning schedules and procedures.
• Providing theoretical and practical training to customer personnel.

Essential skills and experience:

• 3+ years' experience with mechanical commissioning on power station projects or large energy projects.
• Strong team player with experience working in an international team.
• Strong Organizational skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical engineering or similar.
