Mechanical Contracts Manager

On behalf of our client, a well-established and expanding mechanical contractor, we are seeking talented professionals to join their growing team.



About the Role:

Our client is experiencing continued growth and is looking for experienced individuals to work on multiple commercial and healthcare projects in Birmingham & Oxford and other cities occasionally. These projects span sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, and research. The positions are office-based in Birmingham with site visits as required.



Ideal Candidates Will Have:



* Strong technical knowledge relevant to the role



* Experience managing various stages of the build process, from procurement and technical submittals to RFIs, construction, commissioning, and handover



* The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with values ranging from £500k to £6m



* Excellent management, communication, and organisational skills



* A desire to grow and progress within a company that offers long-term career development

* A full UK driving license is essential due to site visits
