Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing client on the South Coast! This would suit a candidate who is based close to Portsmouth or someone who is willing to relocate to the South Coast.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' + experience working in a Mechanical Design role ideally with experience designing Injection Moulded plastic parts and components or similar.\n\n*Hybrid working after probation*\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDesign from concept for manufacture injection moulded, die cast and similar parts \nThis would suit someone who has designed any injection moulded parts in a fast paced industry\nTechnically assist the manufacturing department during the building of prototype samples\nUnderstanding of Tolerances idealKey Attributes:\n\nProficient in 3D CADopen to packages\nInjection moulded plastic component design experience
