Mechanical Design Engineer\n\nGreater Manchester\n\n                                                                                                                                                                                                      Initial 1-month contract / Outside IR35\n\nRate £37.50p/h - £40.00p/h DOE\n\nAutoCAD 2D\n\nPlant layouts / Projects / Manufacturing / Production line\n\nI am currently on the lookout for a Mechanical Design engineer on an initial 1-month contract for a key client who require a skilled contractor to complete the design of brand-new line using AutoCAD 2D which is due to be installed in June.\n\nThe successful Mechanical Design Engineers duties:\n\nDrawing of plant layouts using AutoCAD 2D\nDetail design of new line (conveyors, baggers, hoppers, packers etc.)\nWorking closely with the Design Manager\nEnsuring design project specifications are met\nWorking to tight timescales / deadlines\nThe successful Mechanical Design Engineer will need to have the following attributes:\n\nKnowledge production lines and plant layoutx\nProject design experience working to tight deadlines\nStrong mechanical engineering background\nCompetent AutoCAD 2D user\nMotivated with a keen eye for detail\nThe benefits of the positions:\n\nHighly project based engineering environment\nHighly reputable engineering organisation\nInside or Outside IR35 contract\nI am looking to speak to talented Mechanical Design Engineers who are looking for a rewarding and highly challenging position.
