Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description

Due to continued growth our client a leading construction client based in Dartford are looking for M&E Design Manager to oversee the design of mechanical and electrical systems for various projects in London.

As the M&E Design Manager, you will liaise with project teams and develop design plan whilst ensuring compliance regulations are adhered too.

Permanent | Salary: £50k to £90k DOE |40 hrs per week Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical and electrical design process for all projects
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design plans
• Conduct site visits
• Manage design schedules and budgets
• Mentor and guide staff members in design and best practice

Key Skills

• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Proven experience in M&E design and project management
• Knowledge of building regulations and industry standards
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
