Analysis equipment mechanism, improve equipment action and detection precision to achieve high system reliability and lower maintenance cost. Closely work with process/control Engrs, maintain engineers for technology development & fundamental understanding, work out engineering solution with Div. ENG team together. Report out the issues with professional data analysis and clear logical process. Join design review of new equipment introduction from division project, logically present key requirement from plant. Establish and update system SOP/VWI as needed and ensure all procedures are properly written and followed. Project management leadership of project with intermediate scope, include but not limited to project planning, resources, AR initiation, spending control, production scale up. Build effective relations and interactions with internal/external customers and stakeholders. Education & Experience BS/MS degree or above in Mechanical, or Mechatronics. Prefer following design abilities: Component design and mechanism selection, have self or lead non-standard automation equipment development ability. 5+ years’ experience on the position of Mechanical Engineer. Ability to have structure mechanics and material mechanics analysis. Familiar with transmission mechanism. Ability to independently create 2D and 3D drawings. Required Skills Ability to independently create 2D and 3D drawings (AutoCAD, Solid Works, UG, ProE). Mechanical design of non-standard automation equipment development ability Ability to have structure mechanics and material mechanics analysis. Onsite investigate to understand status and get first-hand data. Have fundamental understanding about common mechanical mechanisms: motion mechanism design, fluid, motor, pump, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc. Know well mechanical design principle, dimension chain analysis, parts selection and so on. Conviction and passion for safety, cleanliness, process control and process discipline. Has curiosity, loves to study, and the ability to continuously learn. Used structured problem-solving methods such as DMAIC,KT,DOE lead problem solving and process improvement. Desired Skills Structure mechanics and material mechanics analysis. Simulation software use experience to solve problem like Ansys Familiar with transmission and mechanism Familiar with the electrical knowledge, e.g., PLC, Servo motor, Relay. Good oral and written communication skill, including in English.
