Within their engineering department, which includes systems engineering, research and development, and software engineering, you will work to maintain, industrialize, and develop their Electron Spray Lithography (EBPG) system for both current use and future development.Control the complete industrialization process of new or modified mechanical modules integrated in the EBPG systemEnsure optimal manufacturability and impeccable product quality for new mechanical developments or modifications of existing modelsCreate and maintain extensive mechanical technical documentation including 3D plans, 2D technical drawings, installation instructions and maintenance instructions for both products and toolsAssess and address technical risks in the factory during the production process through the supply chain and at customer sites.Analyze and implement strategies to achieve required functionality, design solutions, create 3D designs and work with suppliers to customize and manufacture prototype partsTake ownership of assigned deliverables to project teams involved in new development and ensure structured planning, coordination. , and performance of tasksManage internal and external communications, including documentation and with assigned projects related progress reportsParticipate in organization-wide initiatives to improve structure and process efficiencyReport directly to Systems Engineering Manager Wat verwachten we van jou?
