The role We are on the lookout for a talented Mechanical Engineer, eager to take on challenges in the development of our next-generation electrolyser. You will play a key role in transitioning our concept and prototype into an efficient, production-ready system. In your role, you’ll be involved in integrating electrochemical reaction cells and power electronics, creating an optimally performing system. You’ll participate in designing, developing and testing prototypes, while also focusing on safety and quality control. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to a product’s journey from its infancy to a certified, market-ready innovation. ‍Your skills and expertise Experience or knowledge in designing and developing high-risk systems A good understanding of structural integrity design Familiarity with quality and safety control Exposure to designing for series manufacturing and assembly A degree (BSc, BEng, MSc, PhEng or PhD) in mechanical or mechatronics engineering or a related field Strong communication skills The ability to work collaboratively in a team Familiarity with standards and certifications An aptitude for translating concepts into actionable plans Fluent in English ‍Why Avoxt?
