We offer challenging and meaningful careers, with competitive benefits and flexible work arrangements.Job DescriptionThe person will be responsible for;● Getting Basic Engineering Package (Sizing Calculation, BOQ, PFD, P&ID, Layout,Head Calculation, Eqpt List etc) prepared and approved for all Projects● Preparation & review the pipe schedule, valve schedule, head loss calculation of pump & other calculation documents etc.● Knowledge in Selection of Static & Rotating Equipment like Pump, Fan, Blowers & Valves etc.● Knowledge inf package handling like HAVC, Pressurization system, ventilation system, Chlorination, MBR etc.● Preparation of BOQ & raise the Purchase requisition (Indents) for all Mechanical Equipment / Items based on contract conditions.● Evaluation of Technical offer of various vendors for all mechanical items and Vet them as per Contract / Indent.● Checking the vendor drawing, In-house generated drawing & the GA drawing of all equipment and releasing Manufacturing clearances.● Checking & review all the Data Sheets for Mechanical Equipment & getting approval from client.● Technical co-ordination with various Engineering disciplines & other Departments, Vendors, Client & Consultants.● Meetings with client, vendor, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues.● Discussion and implementation of ISO & EHS Standards and interfacing of scope.● Leading HAZOP Studies, 3D Model Reviews and other activity related to hisProjects.● Resolving all issues arising at site during Erection & Commissioning stage.● Preparation of checklists / lesson learnt, and design guide based on the experienced gained from execution of Projects.● Preparation of delay analysis, Route cause analysis etc for client and site.QualificationsDegree in Mechanical with detail engineering experience.
