Job title: Mechanical Engineer\n\nLocation: Southampton\n\nSalary: £35,000 - £50,000\n\nYoh have partnered with a company with a rich history spanning several decades, during which they have established themselves as a leader in the water treatment industry. Their journey began with a focus on developing cutting-edge technologies to address the growing need for efficient and sustainable water management solutions.\n\nThey are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join the team and work on end-to-end solutions and join a highly skilled R&D department to progress the hardware products. This mechanical engineer will develop both new products whilst reforming and improving existing products.\n\nThey are based just outside of Southampton and are looking for suitable candidates to be able to reliability commute to the office.

Due to the nature of this position, it will be primarily an office-based position.\n\nThe ideal candidate for this mechanical engineering position would be:\n\n * 3+ years commercial experience\n\n * Strong experience working with 3D CAD (e.g SolidEdge)\n\n * Working for design for manufacture and experience taking a product from prototype to manufacturing.\n\n * Experience working alongside and with electronics would be advantageous.\n\nIf you feel like you meet all/some of these requirements, then I would encourage you to apply to find out more and be in contention of being selected for this fantastic opportunity moving forward
