Mechanical Engineer – FM Service Provider  - South Kensington - Temporary - Immediate start - £24 per hour   CBW is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover a large tourist attraction located in South West London. The successful candidate will be mechanical qualified and will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.  Key Duties & Responsibilities Experience working with hot water systems/ heating systems Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing AHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans Pumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls) Motors – PPMs (re-winds, overhauls) Water treatment – dipslides, pH & temperature testing, Water pressurization units Calorifiers – annual inspection, de-scaling Cooling towers Boilers – re-sets Chillers – re-sets, 1st Line faults Hours of Work & Package Information  2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off, 07:00 am to 19:00pm/ 10:00 am to 22:00 pm £24 per hour  Overtime Available Requirements Mechanically qualified to Level 2 or equivalent Air Conditioning & Refrigeration C&G (Highly desirable - Not essential) F-gas (Highly desirable – Not essential) Commercial Building maintenance experience Positive attitude Multi-Skilled Good communication skills Please send your CV today to Katie Ferrari of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on this role.
