Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer who has a proven track record as in the beverage or food industry, particularly with high-speed equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical Engineering:
• Provide technical support for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Design and implement modifications to enhance equipment performance and efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Leadership and Training:
• Train and mentor personnel to develop their technical skills and knowledge.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and teamwork
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between the maintenance team and other departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
• Proven experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
