We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer in Bristol!

This role would ideally suit a Building Services Engineer working towards Chartership (CIBSE/IMechE), with a mechanical bias, learned through service in a UK consulting environment.

Role Outline:
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering projects and developing new business.

Some example projects, previously delivered by the team include; cutting-edge manufacturing and industrial facilities, to long-standing government and defence contracts, and from award-winning education developments to major new residential communities.

\n

As a Mechanical Engineer you will be involved in a range of projects, from small site surveys through to multi-million-pound schemes. With a varied workload, you will need to exhibit the autonomy to work individually as well as reporting to and having the support of the project Associate or Director and other team members. You will provide support as part of a team in delivering projects effectively, while maintaining technical performance standards.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

  • Use recognised design software tools such as Revit and MagiCAD
  • \n

  • Communicate internally and with external parties and clients
  • \n

  • Understand project needs and be able to manage delivery
  • \n

  • Work both autonomously and as part of a team in support to deliver projects
  • \n

  • Future flexibility will be needed for regular co-operation, travel and inter-office working
  • \n

  • Provide in-house expertise for mechanical enquiries
  • \n
