HowYou’llMakean Impact ·Developandimplementmaintenancestrategiestoensurereliableoperationof mechanical equipment. ·HandlingofO&Mmanpower,schedulingshiftsandjobforworkmen. ·CoordinationwithClientatsiteforPTWandothercompliancesrequiredforday-to- day activities. ·DailyProgressReportspreparationandcirculatingwithinteam,JobrelatedSafety documentation required for Job. ·Identificationofhazardsandriskinvolvedinday-to-dayactivitiesandassessing control measures for a safe working environment. ·CommunicationwithClient,Contractors,SEManagers,Workmenregardingall activities done at site and preparing required documentation. ·ConductingToolboxtalks,Trainings,Awarenesssessionsforday-to-dayjobactivities and EHS. ·Compilingallguidelinesandinspectionrequiredforworkperformedatsiteand maintaining records. ·Start/Stop/ChangeoversofCompressortrainsasperrequirementsofGas Compression. ·Responsibletoensuretheavailabilityofallcompressorpackagesforoperation. ·ContinuesvigilantonOperationofCompressorsandimmediateactiononPredictive and preventive maintenance. ·Conditionmonitoringofequipment,maintainingrecordsasperSEguidelinesand Contractual requirements. ·SchedulingofperiodicMaintainanceactivitiesof Compressortrainsandassociated auxiliary as per OEM guidelines. ·InspectionandMaintainingofEHSdocumentationrequiredforsite. ·PreparationforsiteauditslikeInternal/Client/Technical/EHS/DGMS/OISD/Etc. ·PreparationofMaintainanceSchedules,Performingon-handjobforcompressortrain schedule/Preventive/predictive/routine/Breakdown maintenance. ·Handlingofprecisiontoolsformeasuringrequireddimensionsofmachineryparts and comparing with OEM standards. ·Troubleshootingofissuesincompressortrainandpreparationoffailureanalysisfor issues. ·PreparationofMonthlyreports,Monthlyactivitiesplanning,maintainingrecordsfor spare parts, consumables, waste management. ·InternalauditingofTools,consumables,PPEs,anddocumentation.·UploadingalldocumentationsrelatedtositeinSEinternalservers.·Responsibleforalljobscarriedatsitenotonlylimitedtomechanicalactivities.What You Bring·MinimumQualification:/Diploma -Mechanical Engineering.·Minimum 3 Year working experience in O&M of gas plants. At least 02years of experienceinoperationandmaintenanceofGasEnginedrivenReciprocatingGas Compressor packages.·Experience in Operation, Maintenance and Commissioning of Compressors/ Pumps/GasEnginesshouldbefamiliarwithinstrumentationinvolvedinOil&Gas Process/Compression.·Knowledgeonhandlingprecisiontools,Conditionmonitoringofmachinery,analysing and rectification of issues in Machinery.·Havinggoodsoftskills(MSOffice,MSWord,MSExcel,PowerPoint).·BasicKnowledgeaboutEHSpracticeatOilandGasfield.·Flexibleforrelocationandtraveling,musthaveTeluguLanguagespeaking skill.AbouttheTeamWhoisSiemens Energy?At Siemens Energy,wearemorethanjustanenergy technologycompany.
