Mechanical Engineer Modular Substation

Functieomschrijving Within this challenging role you are responsible for:  Design electrical distribution systems and coordinate interfaces with team members Review and verify technical designs and specifications Address technical issues related to layouts, mechanical components, structure analysis, and integration Prepare 3D and 2D general arrangements of modular substations for client reviews Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT/FWT) on-site and in factories Plan and oversee factory operations, resolving any remaining technical issues Collaborate with an experienced team of lead, mechanical, and electrical engineers Also you have the following experience to bring: Proficiency in 2D & 3D software (preferably Inventor) Knowledge of structural analysis, mechanically welded steel structures, construction procedures, and mechanical standards Additional expertise in electrical aspects of LV, MV, and transformers is a plus Experience with high-demand projects, now looking to specialize in modular substation design Functie-eisen Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent2+ years of relevant experienceFlexible, practical, and results-oriented approachStrong communication skills, commitment, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environmentWillingness to travel for short assignments (15% on location)Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus)Must live in the Netherlands!40-hour workweek; up to 50% remote work possible Arbeidsvoorwaarden The right candidate will be provided a challenging and varied position in a professional, high-tech environment.An appropriate salary based on your experience and education, up to €6000,00Future prospects and excellent benefits are evident, Good secondary conditions such as a lot of holidays and 8,33% holiday allowance.Courses to develop yourself professionally and personally via Trinamics Academy.Discount on your healthcare and referral bonusses and fun activities.Certain pre-employment screening checks may be part of this vacancy procedure.
