Key competencies for this position include:
Technical Skills:
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary projects in institutional facilities, including education, healthcare, and laboratory environments, with a focus on large-scale capital construction projects exceeding $50 million.
- system experience includes:
- HVAC systems
- Centralized systems (boilers, chillers, steam, etc.)
- Utility distribution systems

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- Professional Mechanical Engineering (PE) registration is required (or the ability to obtain within 12 months).
- Proven project management experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in MEP design projects and large-scale multidisciplinary efforts.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical building systems across various building types.
- Previous experience supervising and mentoring team members.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range from $112,000+.
- Profit-sharing bonus averaging 3% to 7% of salary based on overall company performance.

Position Location:
This full-time position is based in Eugene, Oregon. Candidates must reside locally or relocate to the area. Out-of-state candidates will be considered.
