Innovating in the energy industry, our subsea and offshore capabilities are industry leading. Partner with the bestAs a Mechanical Engineering Engineer, you will play a vital role in leading the creation of systems and solutions that fulfill both the business and technical needs of our customers. As a Mechanical Engineering Engineer, you will be responsible for:Executing design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned individual and team projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards.Formulating and implementing plans to meet technical requirements, schedules and contract commitments of assigned components and systems.Engaging with relevant stakeholders (internal and external) developing and maintaining effective relationships/partnerships to meet project deliverables.Focusing on On-Time Delivery (OTD), whilst providing high quality engineering solutions, right first-time principles philosophy.Providing instructions to Designer to complete their works.Executing design and development on Rental maintenance standards; technical aspects of inspection & maintenance strategy for rental tools & equipment.Leading and supporting FMECA’s, where required, to give supporting evidence for maintenance activities.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering/Design Engineering & engineering experience gained in an Oil and Gas, Energy, Industrial or renewable environment.Have a good communication and presentation skills to articulate technical information in a clear and concise manner in English.Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems.Have a knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing ANSI Y14.5M (GD&T)Have proficiency in using MS Office applications, MathCad, AutoCAD, CreO/ProE/3D software and TeamCenter.Have the ability to design, develop and implement Engineering principles and processed.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
