JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop custom automation assembly systems and mechanical components
• Lead project lifecycle from concept through implementation
• Create and review mechanical designs and drawings using SolidWorks
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define automation goals and capabilities
• Manage customer communications and design approvals
• Implement upgrades to existing automation systems
• Measure and model mechanical components
• Document technical specifications and design standards
• Support manufacturing operations as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of experience in custom automation assembly
• Proficiency in SolidWorks (2023/2024) and Microsoft Office
• Strong mechanical aptitude and automation engineering background
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Management or leadership experience but not required
• Bachelor's degree in related field but not required
• U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship available)

Salary: $90,000-$130,000Benefits: Range of Medical benefits, vision insurance, dental insurance, PTO, 401(k)
