We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Denver team!
As a hands-on Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of mechanical engineers to support our clients. You will be responsible for understanding all technical areas of a market segment and directing the work of the team in that market. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting, fast-paced projects with high-profile clients in a collaborative process to find the right solutions for their unique needs.
What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead the mechanical design with a team of engineers to ensure projects are complete, accurate, and in accordance with good engineering practices and client criteria.
• Lead the coordination of the project deliverables along with the Project Management team, BIM team and other project team members to ensure the projects meets the client's expectations.
• Participate in scope and fee development for new project opportunities and contribute to preparation of proposal documents.
• Contribute to the success of your projects in the following areas:
• Lead the team in meeting the expectations of our clients.
• Understand the financial and schedule constraints of your projects.
• Strive for technical excellence.
• Make each project a collaborative experience that fosters teamwork.
• Help support and accelerate staff learning and technical proficiency. Contribute to a positive learning environment and be a mentor to your team members.
• Lead by example in development, acceptance and adherence of company policies, processes, and procedures.
• Develop and coordinate specific market segments and discipline specific training for team members.

What You Need To Be Successful:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited four-year college or university.
• Successful performance at this career level typically requires 10 - 15 years of verifiable professional experience in the area of mechanical engineering.
• A proven track record of motivating engineering teams
• Registration as a Professional Engineer.
• Must be available to travel occasionally.
• Requires the ability to pass background checks, security screenings or drug testing as required by our clients and/or Federal contracts.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation:
