About the Opportunities We have some fantastic opportunities coming up for Mechanical Engineers with a Defence Maritime Prime.The roles will be based in Adelaide or Western Australia. There are several positions for Mechanical Engineers at all levels so we are seeking expressions of interest from professionals who are already working in the defence sector looking for their next move as well as those who are keen to pursue a career in the defence industry. The candidates must be Australian Citizens and must be eligible for a Defence Security Clearance. As an ideal Candidate, you will have: Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical, Aeronautical/Aerospace, Structural or similar degree. 3-8 years experience working in Defence or similar industries (Maritime desirable). Experience in Finite Element Analysis of Mechanical Systems. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and work with cross functional teams on integration projects.
