Mechanical Engineering Technician -NA (ID: 7341) Industry Construction/Building/Engineering Specialization - Position Level Junior Working Hours Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am – 12pm Responsibilities * Fabricate, assemble, and install mechanical parts and systems according to engineering specifications.* Conduct tests and experiments to evaluate the performance and efficiency of crane systems.* Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and implement effective repair solutions.* Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal functioning of crane equipment.* Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve existing designs and processes.* Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Requirements * Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineering Technician or similar role, preferably in the crane industry.* Proficiency in mechanical assembly, fabrication, and troubleshooting techniques.* Strong understanding of mechanical principles, including mechanics, dynamics, and thermodynamics.* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
