A well run family-owned regional M&E contactor, with a rich history of delivering incredible projects across East Anglia are searching for a Mechanical Estimator. You will be working with an established, tight-knit team



Jark Cambridge are proud to be representing this market leading Mechanical firm who specialise in delivering projects ranging from Education, Healthcare, bespoke residential, arts & leisure, student accommodation, corporate offices and Air Conditioning. As a Mechanical Estimator, you will be based out of there head office tendering for Contracts up to £2.5milliom.



Duties

• Ensure tenders are prepared to a high standard.

• Strong skills in Mechanical Estimating and Cost Control.

• Obtain competitive and accurate quotations from Mechanical specialists.

• Liaising with other members of the estimating team and contracts managers.

• Carry out estimates using Mechanical packages.

• Develop working relationships with design consultants, main contractors and clients to establish communication paths.



Person Specification

• Previous experience of a similar role within a building services contracting environment.

• Electrically qualified, with associated qualifications.

• Proven track record of successfully tendering for projects ranging from £500k-2.5million.
