We're partnering with a leading mechanical contractor in Metro Atlanta to find an experienced Sr. Mechanical Estimator to join their team! If you have 5+ years of experience in estimating commercial, institutional, and industrial projects, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate bid proposals
• Expertise in piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Manage estimating, budgeting, and scheduling tasks
• Build relationships with vendors and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Utilize expertise in system installations
• Show excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure accuracy
• Communicate effectively with both the team and external partners
• Proficiency in CAD drawings and estimating software (Autobid, Bluebeam, Procore)

Background Profile:

• 10+ years as an HVAC/Commercial Plumbing Estimator
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering ()
• State of Georgia Plumbing, HVAC, and Boiler Licenses ()
• Additional HVAC certifications ()
