Key Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Fitter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuous operation and reliability of our plant. You’ll be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks, working closely with the Management team. Your daily responsibilities will include:



* Supporting preventative maintenance activities to ensure plant uptime and operational efficiency.



* Assisting with reactive maintenance to troubleshoot and resolve any plant equipment issues.



* Contributing to routine inspections, ensuring safety and operational standards are upheld.



* Participating in maintenance projects, including welding and fabrication work (training provided).



* Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth running of the site.



* Being flexible and available to work on occasional Saturdays as required.



Qualifications and Skills Required:



* Experience in a maintenance or mechanical engineering role.



* Basic welding knowledge (training will be provided for more advanced welding and fabrication skills).



* A proactive maintenance mindset with a mechanically minded approach to problem-solving.



* A full UK driving licence.



* Ability to work well in a team and independently, with a strong sense of responsibility.
