As they continue to expand, they're seeking a talented Mechanical Fitter to join their dynamic Engineering team.\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nAs a Mechanical Fitter, you will play a pivotal role in building, assembling, and commissioning advanced machinery for a variety of high-profile industries.

You will be responsible for ensuring that every element of the machines is functioning perfectly from design to delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Assemble and fit mechanical components for special-purpose machinery.\n\n * Collaborate with the Design team to troubleshoot and resolve design issues.\n\n * Lead projects on the shop floor throughout the build process.\n\n * Assist in the commissioning and development of machinery after assembly.\n\n * Install and commission machinery at customer sites and gain approval.\n\n * Assemble and test pneumatic systems and assist with electrical build as needed.\n\n * Perform manual checks and tests on machine operations before customer acceptance.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\n * A recognized mechanical qualification.\n\n * Extensive experience in mechanical fitting, ideally within automation or related fields.\n\n * Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen passion for engineering.\n\n * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the wider engineering team.\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * Competitive salary up to £38,000 per annum (DOE).\n\n * Day shifts, offering a great work-life balance.\n\n * 28 days of holiday (including bank holidays).\n\n * Free on-site parking and a supportive, innovative work environment.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a mechanical fitter who is looking to grow their career with a forward-thinking company.
