This role offers excellent career progression for those seeking a long-term permanent position.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Oversee and manage mechanical, plumbing, ducting, and HVAC installations on-site.\n\n * Supervise mechanical teams, ensuring high-quality work and project efficiency.\n\n * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.\n\n * Work closely with Project/Contracts Managers.\n\n * Maintain strict health & safety compliance on-site.\n\n * Plan site logistics, order materials, and ensure smooth project execution.\n\n * Conduct inspections, quality control, and problem-solving as needed.\n\nAbout You:\n\n * Extensive experience as a Mechanical Foreman or experienced Mechanical Engineer.\n\n * Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including plumbing, ducting, and HVAC.\n\n * Proven track record of delivering multi-million-pound projects.\n\n * Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.\n\n * Ability to coordinate and manage mechanical trades effectively.\n\n * Must be based in the Oxford, Reading, High Wycombe, Aylesbury area.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n * Relevant mechanical trade qualifications.\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n * Permanent salary of up to £55,000\n\n * Company van provided.\n\n * Career progression opportunities within a large and successful M&E contractor.\n\n * The chance to work on high-profile, large-scale projects
