Salary: £60,000 to £72,000 (dependant on experience)

Our client is very proud to be one of the major contributors to the of UK energy. They are one of Europe's LNG regasification terminals, based in Milford Haven, West Wales and have the capacity to process around 20% of the UK's current natural gas needs.



They are actively seeking an Integrity Coordinator with a mechanical background to join their team on a permanent basis.



Responsibilities



* Management and oversight of the Inspection Services Contract, controlling the whole process from planning inspections, the execution through to the decision making and review (e.g. what is expected of the contacted service, performance monitoring, review and taking an appropriate response)



* Responsible for the management and oversight of the Integrity Management / Risk Based Inspection



* Ensuring High quality record keeping (terminal equipment history, forward plans, scope and frequency of inspection)



* Read, understand and act of on findings from inspections and to ensure all data entered into the Integrity Management Software



* Manage all integrity inspection data in an organised and professional manner to support compliance, optimisation and improvement opportunities



* Ensure conformance to specifications with quality and consistent implementation of work methods and procedures, to conduct regular audits/data verification to ensure compliance is maintained



* Prepare periodic progress reports on the asset integrity KPI’s and weekly/monthly reports to management about progress



* Ensure all company policies, procedures and standards are followed



Requirements



* IEng Professional Engineer status (or working towards) registered with the Engineering Council UK



* Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering



* Holder of ASME Qualification covering Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (PSSR)



* Experience in development and implementation of Asset Integrity Management program



* Extensive experience in Oil, Gas or Petrochemicals Industries in inspection, thickness monitoring, RBI and corrosion management



* Project Engineering and Maintenance experience in petroleum and gas industries



* A wide spread of technical knowledge on inspection principles, frequencies, equipment damage mechanisms and the types and techniques of inspection



* Sound knowledge of Assets integrity Software (e.g. Predix) and Computerised Maintenance Management System (e.g. SAP). or similar



* Effective technical report writing and the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise way



* Familiarity with / Certified when applicable: TEMA, ASME, API, ASTM and AISI codes; knowledgeable with of the basic principles of corrosion, metallurgy and materials of construction, welding procedures, refractory selection and application procedures



* Knowledge with Contracts management
