Salary: £40,000 - £44,000



Shift: Perm Weekend Fri - Sun (12 Hour shifts)



Location: Middleton, Greater Manchester



A Fantastic position for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer is now available to work for a leading manufacturing business at their state-of-the-art site in Middleton. I am looking for a Mechanical Engineer with an engineering qualification, that also ideally comes from a factory background. There are potential opportunities to progress into a leadership role as the company expands. As a Mechanical Engineer you will be maintaining their machine standards and breakdowns, whilst maintaining TPM standards. You will have a hands-on approach when attending to breakdowns, rectify issues and provide feedback on pending breakdowns & issues.



Skills required for the Mechanical Engineer:



Have an engineering qualification.

Strong mechanical skills

Welding and Fabrication Skills beneficial

Factory Background

Experience carrying out planned maintenance and attending breakdowns.

Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
