Job DescriptionMechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Building - Liverpool Street, London - Up to £45,000 per annum 
Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM service provider situated in Liverpool Street, London. I am currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based in a static role in Liverpool Street, London which is a large commercial office building.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with C&G / NVQ level 2 & 3 and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and cooling tower experience.

He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance in a team on a large building responsible for all the landlord services. Working with the maintenance team of 3 engineers on site including the supervisor, you will be required to have an understanding/hands on experience of the below.

In return the company is offering a competitive salary of £45,000, overtime and career progression.

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)

\n

• Emergency lighting & Fire Alarm Test's

\n

• Presurisation Units

\n

• HVAC plant

\n

• Plant room maintenance

\n

• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)

\n

• Chillers - Re-set

\n

• Pumps, Motors

\n

• Cooling Tower Maintenance

\n

• Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)

\n

• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, changing taps, seals etc

\n

• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)

\n

• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings

\n

• General building fabric

\n

• Escort sub contractors

\n

Hours of work

\n
• Monday to Friday (40 hour week / Overtime available at weekends)

\n

• Hours Between 07:00am to 18:00pm (8 hour days, 7am-4pm / 9am-6pm / 10am-7pm)

• Basic Salary up to £45,000

Requirements

• Mechanically Qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2&3
