Are you eager to make a real impact in the FM industry? A leading player in the sector is currently seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team in the Monument area, Central London.



The Role



As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in:



* Working across a commercial building, based in Monument, Central London.



* Working Monday - Friday, 40-hour week.



* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance including: filter changes and cleaning on AHU's, basic plumbing, temp testing, flushing, plant room checks, fault finding, emergency light testing, sprinkler testing, etc.



About You



To be successful in the role of Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience:



* Experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role.



* Mechanical, Plumbing or HVAC qualifications would be highly desirable, not essential.



* Experience working in a commercial environment.
