Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer \n\nLocation: Oxford\n\nContract: Hospital\n\nSalary: Up to 38K\n\nAre you an experienced mechanical maintenance engineer within the facilities sector? Seeking a new challenge within 2024. My client is an established FM company looking for a qualified and experienced Mechanical maintenance engineer to join a team on a hospital site based close to Oxford.
This is a great role for someone looking to join a company offering lots of progression and training. Benefits will include:\n\nCompetitive Salary up to £38,000. \n8 Bank holidays\nTraining & Progression\nCompany benefits and discounts\nPensionMain Duties will include;\n\nCarry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.\nCarry out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork.\nBe on a call out rota to provide the client with full out of hours cover.\nOverseeing visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety.\nCarry out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.\nUnderstand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time.\nComply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.\nDaily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks including - UPS system and associated control systems, Plumbing and drainage systems, Boiler room checks , Cooling towers, Fan coil units / AHU's/ Fans , Heating PumpsThe Ideal candidate will have:\n\nCity & Guilds / NVQ Mechanically Qualified (or equivalent)\nExperience in a commercial environment & Good building services knowledge\nAbility to work in a team environment\nBe able to pass a DBS checkRandstad CPE values and promotes equality.
