Are you a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor who wants to oversee the maintenance of my clients mechanical systems and ensure the smooth operation of their facilities?



You will be responsible for supervising a team of maintenance technicians, planning and scheduling maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.



What you'll be doing:



- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians



- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures



- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues



- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations



- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities



- Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient operations



- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment



- Provide training and support to maintenance staff



What you'll bring to the role:



- Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor or similar



- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment



- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills



- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints



- Strong leadership and team management skills



- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills



- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines



- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications
