Mechanical Manager - Heating\n\nMy client is one of the leading mechanical contractors on the South coast, that works directly with housing associations, installing and maintaining air source heat pumps and all associated heating and plumbing equipment. Due to securing new projects and subsequently going through a period of organic growth, they are looking to bring on a Mechanical Manager to oversee both installation and maintenance\n\nThis is suitable for a Mechanical Project Manager, Heat Pump Project Manager or Renewable Project Manager who possesses strong management of both installations from pre-construction through installation to maintenance\n\nRequirements:\n\nFormal engineering qualifications such as a degree, diploma or a completed apprenticeship \n\nExperience in the following:\n\nEstimation\nCommercial negotiation through pre construction\nProcurement of materials\nManagement of sub-contract labor\nOverseeing the installation of equipment\nManage a team delivering aftercare and a small service team \n\nPackage:\n\nSalary £55,000 - £65,000\nCar or car allowance\nHybrid working\n28 days holiday\n8% pension \n\nInterested in having a confidential conversation?
