Mechanical Project Manager



Our client is a Leading M&E Contractor, they are currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager.



Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:



* Manage daily Health & Safety on site including RAMS and Safe Systems of Work.



* Identify and resolve daily risks and challenges on site.



* Manage works in accordance with quality requirements.



* Effectively manage team performance and subcontractors on the project by ensuring they have clear roles and responsibilities.



* Attendance and input at progress team meetings.



* Monitor position against contract programme and agree recovery programmes.



* Assist with commissioning and a smooth handover



* Identify and resolve engineering and coordination issues



* To take lead in managing several sub-contract packages from install through to commissioning.



* Communication with Main Contractors/Clients ensuring all aspects of the contract are running correctly in line with the design.



* Attend Project meetings both internally and with the Main Contractor/Client.



* QA procedures are being followed.



* Assist with the Regular Progress reports and ensure they are being completed and issued to Main contractors.



* Programme is being adhered to and any issues are understood and communicated correctly
