Role:



The successful candidate will be instrumental in steering pre-construction activities, ensuring meticulous planning and coordination from the outset. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering each from conception to ground-breaking with finesse and precision.



Responsibilities:



- Leading the pre-construction phase, including feasibility studies, design management, and cost planning



- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment



- Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues



- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations



- Preparing and presenting progress reports to senior management



Salary 60-70K with uplift if staying away from home.
