Mechanical Project Manager - Northampton



Our client is a respected turnkey services contractor covering most aspects of the construction industry from M&E to fit out services and deals with very exclusive clients.



They are currently looking for a Mechanical Project Manager in Northampton with a history of working and completing mechanical and commercial projects, as well as having a very good background in M&E.



The ideal Site Manager will have:



Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.

Proven track record of managing mechanical projects from conception to completion, including design, delivery, and commissioning stages (RIBA).

Experience in overseeing project timelines, driving milestones, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality installations.

Solid understanding of project costs, contract terms (JCT contracts), and commercial risk management.

Experience in managing variations, delays, and extension of time (EOT) claims.

Strong background in mechanical engineering

Proven history in operations with a strong ability to manage projects within budget and meet deadlines

Very good computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office

Excellent management and communication skills Certificates & checks required:



CSCS & SMSTS

First Aid

Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering

DBS Check - Basic or Enhanced
