Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager

Location: London (also have an office in Hoddesdon)

Salary: £75K - £80K



The Role:



- Responsible for all mechanical aspects of project execution, managing on-site resources, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the

project team.

- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements

are clearly defined and understood.

- Manage on-site resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, to optimize

productivity and efficiency.

- Managing projects from contract signature stage, through all phases until handover to the end user.

- Attend on site meetings, as and when required.

- Responsible for handover to clients and after care.



The Company:



- 18+ years experience delivering Mechanical & Electrical projects in and around the London area

- Offices based in Central London & Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire

- Expected to turnover £22m in 2025

- Strong orderbook

- 36 direct employees + subcontractors



The Ideal Candidate:



- Will have 5+ years experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager.

- Will have previous experience working with commercial projects up to the value of £3m.

- Will hold a Black CSCS Managers Card. SSSTS/SMSTS advantageous.

- Will work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

- Will have excellent communication skills.
