Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join a mission-critical project team in Albuquerque, NM. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage smaller projects or lead portions of larger, complex projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ideal candidates will have a background in mechanical contracting or GC MEP roles with experience working for a mechanical subcontractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage small-scale projects or specific portions of larger projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships by providing regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Oversee budget reports, cost and revenue projections, and change orders.
• Lead project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ensure project scope, direction, and milestones are on track and in alignment with goals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of project tasks.

Qualifications:

• 510 years of experience in project management, specifically in mechanical contracting or MEP systems.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field ().
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, such as HVAC and plumbing, and a general understanding of system operations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, financial acumen, and project management skills.
• Proficient in tools such as CADD, ERP, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary with benefits including health coverage, PTO, and 401(k) with company match.
• Car allowance of $500$700 per month.
• Relocation or sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates.
