Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
Location: Kent (London Projects)
Salary: £70K - £75K + company van + travel
The Role:
• Lead and manage mechanical projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Oversee commercial fit-out projects (Cat A & B), as well as mechanical works in the education and hospitality sectors.
• Coordinate design, installation, and commissioning of air conditioning, ventilation, 2-pipe & 4-pipe systems, insulation, controls, and leak detection.
• Supervise cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and provide financial reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining control of timelines and resources.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations across all stages.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and project teams to ensure satisfaction and clarity.
• Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Attend progress meetings and provide regular updates to management and clients.

• A growing building services contractor delivering mechanical, air conditioning, and ventilation projects across commercial sectors.
• Projects include office fit-outs (Cat A & B), as well as mechanical installations in the education and hospitality sectors.
• Based in Kent and operates throughout London
The Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience delivering mechanical/building services projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, project planning, and execution.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing diverse teams.
• Confident using project management tools and software.
• Proactive and solution-focused with strong communication and decision-making abilities.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
