Mechanical Project Manager – M3 Corridor – 65K

I am currently representing an excellent facilities management company who are currently in need of a Mechanical Project Manager to provide support to a busy team from their office in Hampshire. They have been successfully operating for over 40 years providing a wide range of services to high end commercial clientele across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Sussex & London.

The ideal candidate will support to lead and promote the smooth running of the Mechanical projects whilst ensuring the day-to-day operational requirements are met and managed in a professional and timely manner. An industry knowledge and background would be preferable for this role.

THE ROLE:

Monday – Friday / 37.5 Hour Week

In need of a Mechanical PM to run HVAC projects from start to completion within the business.

Working in a team of X5 with a head of projects above them they are looking for an experienced HVAC PM who can come in and hit the ground running with full support from the team within the office.

Projects value start from 25K up to 1.15 million. Working across Airports, Colleges, Offices and retail etc. You will be managing preferred suppliers for each project. The projects are based along the M3 corridor, West & South West London so will need someone who is happy to travel. You will be on site mainly 80% of your time and 20% office based.

THE PACKAGE:

• £50,000 – £65,000 depending on experience
• 25 days holiday + bank
• Company pays mileage for own vehicle – 45p a mile.
