Location: Swindon/Reading

Salary: £65,000 to £75,000 + Package

Our client, a well-established leader in the M&E sector, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee high-value projects across commercial, healthcare, education, and data centre sectors. With all projects based in Swindon, Reading and surrounding areas, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering top-tier mechanical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



Report directly to a Director

Represent the company in on-site meetings

Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

Review and approve technical submittals

Coordinate and oversee sub-contractors effectively

Take ownership of QA activities for mechanical packages

Prepare RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) and progress reports for sub-contractors and clients



Requirements:



✔️ SMSTS & CSCS Black Card –

✔️ Experience working with an M&E sub-contractor ()

✔️ Strong track record in commercial projects or similar sectors

✔️ Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager

✔️ Stable employment history (minimum 3 years in previous roles)
