We are seeking a Mechanical SIte Manager for a firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects.\nJob Summary:\nThe Mechanical Site Manager will oversee all mechanical installation activities on-site, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical building services, strong leadership skills, and a track record of delivering commercial projects.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * \n Manage and supervise the mechanical works on-site including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and associated systems.\n * \n Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams to ensure smooth delivery of mechanical services.\n * \n Ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and regulations.\n * \n Monitor progress against the programme and report any delays or issues to the Project Manager.\n * \n Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with HSE standards and company procedures.\n * \n Attend and lead regular site meetings, providing technical guidance and resolving issues as they arise.\n * \n Manage and maintain site documentation including RAMS, permits to work, and progress reports.\n * \n Liaise with consultants, engineers, and the client representative as required.\nRequirements:\n * \n Proven experience in a Mechanical Site Manager or Supervisory role on commercial new-build projects.\n * \n Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems in building services.\n * \n Relevant mechanical or building services qualification (e.g., HNC/HND, NVQ, or equivalent).\n * \n SMSTS/SSSTS certification.\n * \n CSCS card (Management level ).\n * \n First Aid qualification (desirable).\n * \n Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.\n * \n Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
