Mechanical Site Manager / Junior Project Manager

Are you an experienced commercial plumber or pipefitter with site management or supervisory experience looking for the next step in your career? This is an excellent opportunity to transition into a management role with full support and guidance from an experienced Project Manager.



The Role:



Working on a long-term student accommodation project in Bristol (with a projected workload spanning 3–4 years across multiple projects in the same area), you will be responsible for:

✅ Day-to-day management of the project programme

✅ Coordination of subcontractors and site activities

✅ Client liaison and communication

✅ Health & Safety compliance on site



You will be supported by an experienced Project Manager, offering mentorship and learning opportunities to develop your career further.



What We’re Looking For:



✔ A trade background in mechanical building services (e.g., commercial plumbing, pipefitting)

✔ Some site management or supervisory experience

✔ A valid CSCS card (SSSTS/SMSTS advantageous but not essential)

✔ Strong organisational and communication skills
