The Client and Project Info:\nMy client is a leading tier 1 M&E Contractor who are currently recruiting a Mechanical Supervisor to complete a 18 month contract, to supervise there mixed use residential development project.\nMechanical Supervisor Responsibilities:\n * Reporting to and working with the Project Manager.\n * Supervising and undertaking all Mechanical works.\n * Supervising and managing mechanical sub-contractors.\n * Assess the quality of work that the client’s Labour and its sub-contractors are delivering.\n * To assist the quality manager with all QA sign offs.\n * Dealing with any technical issues that may arise.\n * Making sure that safe working practices are always maintained.\n * Attending everyday meetings with the management and other trades.\n * Delivering toolbox talks.\n * Arranging inductions.\n * To manage the productivity and push the project towards the completion date.\nMechanical Supervisor Requirements:\n * SSSTS or SMSTS.\n * Previous experience industrial and commercial building service.\n * Mechanical trade or Engineering qualification.\n * 10 years’ experience working for Mechanical Contractors\n * Experience in commercial & resi projects.\nThe Next Steps:\nTo apply for the role as the Mechanical Supervisor, click on the apply now button below and submit your CV
