Mechanical Supervisor

Our client, an established building services company, is currently recruiting a Mechanical Supervisor to join their driven sales team. The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the mechanical aspects of the installation works on any nominated project.



Responsibilities for the Mechanical Supervisor



* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mechanical engineers on-site



* Coordinate and oversee all mechanical activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budget constraints, and quality standards.



* Provide expert guidance and support in the installation of mechanical systems, pumps, pipelines, and related equipment.



Key Skills & Experience for the Mechanical Supervisor

Essential



* Proven experience in a supervisory role overseeing mechanical installations on robust M&E projects



* NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, HVAC, or a related discipline



* Full Driving License



* Strong written and spoken communication skills
